Rosewall Design was founded in the autumn of 2000 by David Tarr, who has over 40 years experience in the Architectural Services Industry.
The son of a local builder, David has had a varied career working for Interior Designers in London, Consulting Engineers and his family building business in Clevedon and Architectural Practices in the city of Bristol.
Over the past 16 years we have been able to provide a full range of architectural services for all types of residential extensions, loft conversions and new-build eco-houses in the Bristol area. Our expertise also encompasses the conversion of properties to self-contained flats and shop refurbishments.
Our service includes submitting all types of Planning Applications to your local Council (including applications for Listed Buildings Consent). We also submit Building Regulations Applications to your local authority or to independent companies of Building Control Surveyors.
